What you believe has consequences in your life. Pretty much everybody gets a sense of that — seems like it could be a useful idea.
Let’s explore some specific examples, and compare and contrast a few differing beliefs, and see what we can learn.
For instance: what if you discovered you held the belief, “life is hard”. If you have that belief, that’s the experience you’ll create in life; things really would be hard. Can you feel that?
What if instead you had the belief, “things always work out for me”. How would that feel? Interesting…
What if you had the “life is hard” belief, but you’d rather have the “things always work out for me” belief? Are you stuck with the beliefs you already have? Not if you have the Avatar tools to use. The tools are designed to help you discover the beliefs you have, and if you want to change them, the tools show you how to do that, too.
Or how about this: what if you’re a Sales and Marketing Professional, and you have the belief “it’s not easy to meet people”? That may not be a helpful belief for you to have…
Is there a belief you’d rather have, one that could help you succeed? How about “I easily connect with people”? How does that one feel?
Are you stuck with the “not easy to meet people” belief? Not if you have the Avatar tools…
What if you had the belief “I’m cute and cuddly and easily get my mom’s attention”? That’s a great belief to have — when you’re 2 years old. But if you still have that belief as you’re about to go in for your final job interview at Google, it may not be great. Are you stuck with it? Not if you have the Avatar tools…
Beliefs are the building blocks of your life experience. If you have strong and helpful beliefs, that’s how your life will turn out. If your beliefs are not helpful and create experiences you don’t prefer, and you have the Avatar tools, well – you can change things…
Using the Avatar tools is a skill. The more you work with them, the better you get. The more you use them, the stronger they get, and —- the stronger you’ll get.
You can rest assured — when you align your beliefs with your goals, and you use the Avatar tools to move into action, you will succeed.
As we make changes in ourselves, others can change and evolve. And soon the whole world can evolve, as well. Isn’t that awesome…?
Here’s what Harry Palmer says:
“The mission of Avatar in the world is to catalyze the integration of belief systems. When we perceive that the only difference between us is our beliefs, and that beliefs can be created or discreated with ease, the right and wrong game will wind down, a co-create game will unfold, and world peace will ensue…”
